Golf shop on the West Coast will open its doors to the public in Toronto’s downtown core.
The shop in the Canadian Tire plaza is a collaboration between the company and the Downtown Toronto Partnership (DTTPP).
“It’s really exciting,” said Rob Gaudet, CEO of DTTPP.
“We’re really looking forward to seeing it open.”
The shop, located at the corner of Queen Street and Bathurst Street, will feature three-bedroom, four-bathrooms and three-car garage spaces.
“We are really excited to be opening the shop here in Toronto,” said Gaudets co-founder and CEO, Rob Gautier.
“This will be our first outdoor location in the city.”
Gautier said he and his team are looking forward “to working with the community” to bring the shop to the city.
Gautiers company is also planning to open a second location in Hamilton.
“I can’t wait to get into Hamilton,” Gautiers co-founders Rob and Karen Gauterman said in a statement.
“The downtown core is a wonderful community and it’s exciting to be partnering with the DTTPP to bring our shop here.”DTTPP is working with Toronto Parks to expand the retail space, with plans to add more retail outlets in the coming years.
The DTTPP is an alliance of retailers that include the Gap, CVS, Walgreens, Sears, TJ Maxx, Home Depot, Kmart and others.
