Disney is buying all three of the biggest U.S. movie theaters for $2.3 billion

Disney is shopping for the three biggest U-shaped movie theaters in the United States and Canada for a combined $2,400 million.

The deal will be finalized by early 2018.

Disney will be buying the Hollywood studios, the largest of which is the Paramount lot at 21st and Vine, and the smaller, Walt Disney Studios lot at 22nd and Vine.

Disney also owns the Hollywood Theatre at 16th and Vine and the Hollywood & Vine buildings at 17th and 15th.

The three largest movie theaters will be Disney’s massive theater at 21 World Center in Orlando, Florida, the studio’s first U.K. location and the second largest in the country.

Disney is also shopping the Los Angeles Theatre at 2300 Westlake Boulevard in Hollywood, California, and Universal’s Westgate in Burbank, California.

Universal’s Westside building, which houses its own theater, is also set to be the largest in Los Angeles.
